Lucy & Steph Rooms Online is a professional online interior design service that provides custom recommendations, allowing you to enjoy the benefits of high-quality design from the comfort and privacy of home. After becoming acquainted with your space and your preferences, our experienced designers will provide guidance to help you create a stylish, stunning space that works as good as it looks.  How does the process work? You’ll start by choosing the room you’d like to redesign and placing your order for our services. Next, we’ll send you a questionnaire to gather all of the information we need to optimize your space, including your goals, budget, and measurements and photos of the room. Within 4 weeks, you’ll receive a comprehensive package including a digital custom scheme board with visual recommendations, professional floor plan and furniture layout, and resources to achieve the look. Is your service expensive? No. Our competitive fees allow you to create your dream space within your budget. Our price per room is $499AUD. How do you charge so much less than traditional designers’ fees? Because we provide remote design assistance online and through email, we’re able to eliminate many of the overhead expenses incurred by a traditional design approach. This allows us to pass the savings on to you, providing professional design services at a fraction of the typical cost. Also, because you have full control of the execution of our recommendations, you’ll save significantly on what you’d pay for an on-site designer who was actually making the changes. I already have some ideas of what I want. Can I still benefit from your services? Absolutely. You have full control over the end result. When filling out your questionnaire, include what you like and don’t like, your must-haves and must-nots, and your vision for the room transformation. We’ll never try to override your signature style—instead, we’ll collaborate with you to capture your vision. What types of recommendations can you provide? Our custom digital scheme board can include recommendations for paint colors, fabrics, flooring, lighting, furnishings, and accents. We’ll also provide a custom layout for your room. What information will I need to provide in the questionnaire? We’ve designed a series of questions to help us understand your goals for the room, your individual style preferences, including what you like and what you don’t like. This is your chance to convey the character of the room in its current state, an essential component of the décor story you want to tell. We’ll also ask you to disclose your budget for the redesign so we can scale our recommendations accordingly. How involved will I be in the process? You will have a major role in the online design process. Your answers to the questionnaire are crucial to maximizing results. You’ll also be responsible for sending us photographs and measurements of the room. After receiving our recommendations packet, you’ll have full control over the execution of your redesign. Our team will be available to answer any questions online during the transformation. What measurements do you need?
